2. Principles of Data Processing
We process personal data only to the extent necessary for providing our services, fulfilling legal obligations, or based on your consent. 3.1 When Visiting Our Website

If you contact us by e-mail or via a contact form, we process the data you provide (name, e-mail address, content of your message, and, if applicable, telephone number).Purpose: Processing your request and communicating with you.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries).
Storage period: Your data will be deleted once your request has been fully processed and there is no legal obligation to retain it.
3.3 Contract Processing and Customer Data
As part of initiating and executing contracts (e.g. web design projects, hosting, SEO), we process the following data:- Name and contact details (address, e-mail, phone)
- Company data (company name, VAT identification number, if applicable)
- Contract data (scope of services, prices, contract durations)
- Payment data (bank details, billing address)
- Communication history within the scope of the project
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract fulfillment) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR (legal obligations, especially accounting and tax law).
Storage period: Data from business relationships is stored for 7 years in accordance with the statutory retention obligations under the Austrian Commercial Code (UGB) and Federal Fiscal Code (BAO) and then deleted.
